From Fresh grilled cod with shellfish in garlic butter at the tip of St Ives, to Cured red duck breasts with melon, soy and pickled ginger in Sydney Harbour, this collection of over 130 recipes evokes all the pleasure and flavour associated with the coast.

Chapters are organised by region- healthy salads inspired by the Californian ocean, sumptuous starters fit for French cuisine, modern light lunches such as Japanese sashimi and Moroccan tagines, and main courses using fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, meat, poultry and game from the most fertile coastal regions in the world.

There are recipes for classic treats such as Toad-in-the-hole with porcini mushrooms and onion gravy, staple fish masterpieces such as Poached sea trout with sorrel hollandaise, and recipes for tasty favourites from your treasured holiday destinations- Seafood Paella, Goan Curry, Welsh Cawl and Clam Chowder. All this, plus a delicious range of puddings including Hot bread pudding with armagnac sauce, Lemon Possett and Poached pears with mulberries and mascarpone ice cream.

DELIVERY

We usually despatch within 48 hours, although on occasion we may be waiting for stock. We will do our best to accommodate a deadline. Why not call us to check stock availability?

We ship our goods throughout Australia and charge a flat rate shipping cost of $15.00 per order. Free shipping applies to all orders over $150.00. Flat rate shipping applies to all products under 3kg, additional charges may be applicable for bulky items and we will contact you accordingly.

The Corner Booth offers international shipping at a flat rate of $55. Bulky items may incur additional shipping charges and we will provide a quote based on weight and location of delivery. All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

Our products at times may be available for Pre-Order and these will be marked with approximate delivery time. If your order includes pre-order items, we will ship your order once complete. Requests for partially shipped orders may incur additional shipping charges.

We endeavour to have all products on our website available for immediate delivery ( unless marked pre-order) on occasions some items may be out of stock. You will be contacted immediately in this instance and we will either order the item in for you or suggest an alternative. 

To minimise our impact on the environment where possible we package orders in recycled boxes and packaging. Our boxes may not be pretty but it is one small step in minimising waste.

Our parcels are sent with couriers and tracking details will be provided. Deliveries are marked Authority To Leave which means the courier will leave  your package in a safe place. Please contact us if a 'safe place' is not available and we will amend this.

We are not responsible for shipping delays, incorrectly addressed parcels or lost goods. We will endeavour to assist you, should we need to contact our shipping partners.
